The wash was really great! Amazing quality, vacuumes that work amazing, free towels. Trell was really helpful and amazing!

⭐ 1 Star I recently moved to Amarillo and gave Tommy’s Express another chance after years of experiencing spotting issues whenever I visited family here. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I was paying over $80 per month for two vehicles and routinely had to spend 15–20 minutes wiping water spots off my vehicles after a wash. On a recent visit when temperatures were over 100 degrees, I spent more time cleaning my truck after the wash than the wash itself. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was told by an employee that if the system is not properly reset, the wash runs on city water. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I visited, I was the one getting the “city water” wash. The result was the same: excessive spotting, poor drying, and having to spend additional time cleaning my vehicle by hand after paying for a premium wash membership. Customers should not have to wonder whether they are getting the wash quality they are paying for depending on whether equipment has been properly reset. What finally ended my business with Tommy’s was the customer service. My membership was fully paid through June 27, yet I was told at the gate that my membership was inactive.

We went thru the car wash with the unlimited plan and the wash did not perform like it should. No under carriage wash and half of the brushes did not work. We pulled around and ask the young guy at the window about not receiving the wash on our plan and he acted like a deer about to be run over. I think it was the Manager Chris spoke up and ask what the problem was and we told him and he said you got the wash you should have. We told him it was not the wash we normally received. Told him no under carriage wash and he smartly said how do you know you did not get it. I told him it was obviously not doing the under carriage wash because you could always hear it and see soap and water coming up from the bottom. He then wanted to argue while the young black guy was laughing. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received anywhere. I canceled my unlimited plan and will never go back there again. If I owned a business and a Manager treated a customer like Chris did us he wine working somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash thanks to Trell, Hunter and Chris! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service truly stood out — they made the whole process quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. My car came out looking spotless, and you can tell they really care about doing a great job. Employees like them are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Excellent car wash. Well maintained, great prices and a staff that cares if you’re satisfied. Chris actually came out to check my Volkswagen atlas after my wash to ensure its getting vehicles cleaned appropriately. I'm staying a customer to these guys.
